I'm looking for a new car (no choice, need to buy one within the next 1-2 months) and some of these F10 5 series can be had for stupid cheap. I prefer the size of the 3 series, but with how much highway driving I have to do now, the F10 is looking mighty attractive. I currently drive a 2009 E350 and I'm pretty handy around the garage.
The cheapest LCI car on BMW approved now is c£39k and has over twice the mileage and hideous orange sports seats. I'd personally save the money and get a pre-LCI and if you really care about the

M sport suspension lowers the suspension a tad, but no real dampening changes. Adaptive shocks and M sport suspension are mutually exclusive. A clean 2018 F90 M5 with 26k miles is £54k. I bought my F10 M5 over an E63 or an RS6 because it is RWD with an LSD so it'll do skids with ease, but will also be very comfortable and refined driving normal or on long trips. Some F10's in the US have come with Sport Seats and still do (a 550i M Sport for example). For Oyster Nappa, it will get dingy quickly especially with dye transfer. If you're a DIY cleaner or have a good valet, steam cleaning with a clean white cotton towel is the best way to keep it looking new.

Probleme generale BMW F10. Am sa incep cu aia mare: BMW F10 este extrem de sensibil la ulei, indiferent de motorizare. Daca vrei sa eviti toate problemele de mai sus, fa schimbul de ulei la fiecare 8-10.000km si foloseste doar ulei LL04, aprobat oficial de catre BMW. Daca faci asta, BMW F10 este chiar fiabil.

So the price difference may be an additional $2,000. Relating to the financial side of things, the F10 has a $1,500 lease/APR credit available whereas the F30 has none (but we will see what happens in April). Also, the BMWCCA rebate is $500 higher for the F10 vs the F30, if you are a member.
